Tenuta Ciminata Greco - Superior apartment

We offer our guests a two-room apartment of about 50 square meters consisting of a living area with kitchen and sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed and possibly an additional single bed, and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a kitchen (complete with everything) with a welcome bottle of water, cold / hot air conditioning, free wi-fi, flat screen TV, bath and bed linens, shower shampoo / soap, shower caps , slippers (on request), hairdryer and safe. The apartment is located inside a historic mansion of the '700, where you can visit the old mill, a historic library and a family chapel. A buffet breakfast with sweet and savory food is served in a pretty courtyard or inside the hall of the tanks of the ancient mill, tastefully renovated. You can also use the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by secular olive-groves. The apartment is just minutes away, by car, from the seafront in Rossano, the town center and the beautiful old town!

Nestled in the green of the beautiful and cheerful plateau of Campotenese , the natural door of the Pollino National Park, 1 km from the motorway junction, on the province road SP 241 ; the house is cozy and comfortable, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen available to guests, a bathroom and a large outdoor green area that also serves as a parking lot. It is the ideal place for total relaxation in contact with unspoiled nature.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

Quiet accommodation on the ground floor, about 60 square meters, inserted inside a structure formed by three apartments, with courtyard and reserved parking space. The house, with 5 beds, consists of a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large front space for exclusive use, entirely fenced, for dining or dining outdoors, and a rear porch. The villa is about 200 meters from the sea and is in a well-served location.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
