Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Die ehemalige Gesindekammer des ursprünglichen Bauernhofes wurde von uns liebevoll zu einer geräumigen Dachgeschoßwohnung ausgebaut. Die bis in den Giebel ausgebaute Wohnung strahlt einen ganz besonderen Charme aus. In der 100qm-Wohnung gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Babybett und einen großen Wohnraum mit offener, voll ausgestatteter Küche. Das moderne Badezimmer hat eine ebenerdige Dusche mit Wandheizung. Falls ihr nur zu weit seid, machen wir euch ein Gastgeberangebot.

From Medard, hiking sports, canoeing and draisine rides are possible. Our spacious non-smoking apartment can accommodate 1-3 people. It has a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, one one a double bedroom and a shower room with toilet. The apartment also has a balcony.

The art centre is located near the Autobahn between the city of Mainz and Kaiserslautern, just 20 minutes off the Autobahn. The art centre is in the middle of a small village next to the church. The house itself has two bedrooms, one with an en-suite and an extra bathroom. In addition, there is a sofa bed for two and a cot for a baby. TV and WiFi are also available.
