Very nice bright spacious new apartment in Eppelborn. The apartment is located at the exit of Eppellborn and is located on an equestrian facility. A parking space for a car is available. Kitchen amenities: Ceran cooktop, fridge and dishwasher. Dishes for 6 people and basic set of pots and pans. Television with satellite system with German programs. Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and window.

The flat has a new kitchen, a bright bathroom (bathtub + shower), a cosy living room with a double sofa bed (140cm) and a large terrace with access to the courtyard. Next to it there is a study and a bedroom with a large bed (200cm) decorated with stucco work. The flat can be booked as a living-dining room combination with double sofa bed or as a spacious flat incl. study and bedroom (up to 6 people), see below.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
