We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Historic Hallstatt

Dieses 500 jahre alte Haus im historischen Zentrum von Hallstatt wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, hier ist die Geschichte Hallstatts überall spürbar. Der Hallstättersee ist nur 30m entfernt und von den Räumlichkeiten und vom Garten hat man einen wunderbaren Seeblick. Auf der Terrasse kann man bei Kaffee die Morgensonne genießen. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC und ein extra WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Vacation home "Tenne"

The charming 35 m² apartment in Ramsau am Dachstein inspires sports and nature lovers with its ideal location. In front of the apartment, in winter, there is a cross-country ski trail and a hiking trail. A short 5-minute walk leads to the "Rittisberg," a versatile adventure mountain for the whole family. In winter it turns into a ski resort, in summer it offers a swimming lake, archery, climbing park and a roller coaster track as well as the starting point of numerous hiking trails.

Loft in Art Studio, Bad Ischl

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Entspannen in der ruhigen Umgebung, Sterne schauen, oder sportlich aktiv sein. Wie du es willst. Du kannst den großen Garten nutzen. Das Haus liegt an einem Skiberg und an der Langlauf Loipe. Wanderwege führen direkt vorm Haus weg. In 8 Minuten zu Fuß, erreichst du ein Sportgeschäft, die Bushaltestelle, den Badesee. Kulinarisch, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, gibt es ein Café, eine Pizzeria und 2 Restaurants. Oder du holst dir die Pilze und Beeren direkt hinterm Haus aus.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Lakeview Apartment Fernblick

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door.
