Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. There is much to discover with us and we are a central starting point for excursions such as - Saxon Switzerland/ Bastei - City buildings - Zittauer Gebirge and city of Zittau - Bohemia and Bohemian Switzerland - Görlitz and much more Our place is quiet, right on the Spree, in the center of the city. Friendly 50 m² apartment

Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

Come on deck—we'll set sail for you for an unforgettable night under the orchard sky. On our alpaca farm, a retired dinghy cruiser has run aground and offers space in two berths below deck to sail off to the land of dreams. Above deck, there is plenty of space to enjoy the balmy evenings with a good book or to share a few more sailor's tales. Kitchen, shower, dry separation toilet and fire pit are available on our yard in the common area.

Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
