Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

very modern & right at the airport

Only 8 minutes away from LEJ airport. Everything NEW & state-of-the-art. In the kitchen there is an induction stove, as well as a dishwasher. In the living room, modern furniture, including an ambient TV wall with smart home TV, as well as a "transformer bed," which can give the room additional space. The bathroom has a walk-in/rain shower, as well as a modern washer/dryer. In addition to other amenities, there is also an underground parking space for your cars.

The apartment is very spacious and lovingly fully equipped. It is centrally and quietly located. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living room, one person can sleep on the couch. The built-in kitchen is equipped with all necessary dishes and electrical appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with a fireplace. The spacious bathroom has a shower, tub, sink and toilet.

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

This beautiful apartment in Schkeuditz (2 min before Leipzig and directly on the A9 motorway) is not only ideally located, but is also completely renovated and furnished and will be available from March 2025. The apartment sleeps four: 1 x box spring bed, one large sofa bed. You are in a quiet location with parking in front of the door and still very quickly in the city. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of nature.

The apartment has been newly renovated and modern. The bathroom features a shower cabin. The apartment is in the Papitz section of Schkeuditzer. Tram stop is 220 m from the property. From here you have easy access to the centers of Leipzig and Schkeuditz. After 9 minutes walk you can reach the Elster Bridge and is right in the countryside. After about 11 minutes by car you can reach the airport and the Porsche factory.

Ein tolles Bad, ein tolles Boxspringbett 120 cm breit, eine topmoderne Küche mit Roesle-Töpfen, Induktionsherd, Nespressomaschine und ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Das alles in der Nähe vom Flughafen Leipzig, Porsche, DHL und in nur 15-20 cm Minuten ins Stadtzentrum von Leipzig.

We are the Braasch family and in our house there is a small but nice apartment with a separate entrance, which we would like to offer as a guest apartment. Our house is close to Leipzig Airport but not in the flight path. You can get to the motorway quickly and get to Leipzig, Halle, the airport, Nova Eventis, Belantis, etc. quickly and easily.
