The accommodation is located in the historic city center. In 5 minutes, you can reach the tram stop and shops for daily needs as well as pizza delivery services. You will find free parking not far from the property (about 1 minute) It's less than 5 minutes to the highway. So it's ideal for a short break before continuing your journey. Often the house is not bookable, although it is actually available. So feel free to ask if it has to be spontaneous or if you would like to stay longer.

With bike shelter, e-bike charging stations and private parking space - perfect for cyclists, nature lovers and explorers!

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. By S-Bahn train, Leizig city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area. On cold days, you can heat the fireplace and relax by the fire. In our large garden there is a grill, garden furniture and various play options.

The cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on two levels: clear design combined with a beautiful atmosphere and modern functionality. The small terrace (directly at the cottage) invites you to have morning coffee and the spacious garden (shared use welcome) offers some nice places to relax.
