The house is beautiful and the kitchen is super furnished, you can cook immediately. Also the dining room is great - the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom is great, the other rooms significantly smaller, that also applies to the bathroom. But it worked. The floor creaks loudly, which was unusual, but that's just the way it is with farmhouses.

Everything was as described, we felt very comfortable!

We were warmly welcomed by Grete and spent a few wonderfully relaxing days in the cottage. The quiet location and the pool with great views are a dream. There are many opportunities for beautiful hikes. The adjacent restaurant is good, but the kitchen in the accommodation is also very well equipped, so we were also able to cook well ourselves. We felt very comfortable!

The beautiful house is centrally located in the village of Mauterndorf. The various ski resorts are easy to reach by car. The house is spacious and neatly tidy. The large sliding door allows for plenty of light. The bedrooms are spacious with TV and plenty of closet space. Mattresses are firm and the pillows soft. Hostess Nina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to messages or questions. The house is well insulated in terms of noise and temperature. Parking directly in front of the door on your own property. Highly recommended!

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's much nicer in reality than the pictures. Especially the large windows make the stay so special – be it at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things like salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that he really cares about making his guests feel comfortable – thank you for that. A special extra: the pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in summer, you can look forward to a completely new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

A very charming and eclectic home to stay at for our holiday. It looks very much like the photos, but has an added charm to it that can’t be conveyed by photos. It is an older home but has all of the modern amenities that you need for your stay, such as a fully functioning kitchen. The plunge pool is cold and refreshing on a hot day and our son enjoyed playing in the backyard. Although it isn’t necessarily the most child proof home, Ingo made sure that we had a crib with bedding and a child safety gate for our 2 year old. There were also some toys provided for our toddler to play with. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

Our stay at this mountain retreat was truly out of this world! We were taken back by the views and serene surroundings. The place was not just stunning, but it also felt like home from the moment we arrived. The service was impeccable, and we appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the host Kristina. Traveling with our 18-month-old, we found the accommodations to be family-friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The accommodation is really fantastically beautiful, especially the view of the mountains and forests was simply magical through the huge window front in the living area. The bathroom cabins integrated in the rooms were also super practical for eight people, so that everyone had their own shower, a sink and a toilet. We were also very pleased that dogs are allowed - so we could take our four-legged friends with us without any problems. Beautiful hikes into nature start directly from the front door, so you hardly need the car except for shopping. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, you can simply stay indoors: the cozy atmosphere, the sauna, and the whirlpool (without bubbles) ensure perfect relaxation after a long day outside. Overall a completely successful stay – we would come back any time!

Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

We all liked the house and the very large garden right away. A tastefully furnished house with a mix of modern and original style. Large and bright rooms, very nice and attractively landscaped garden. The terrace and balcony upstairs with the great view - just for relaxing and unwinding. The arrival went super smoothly thanks to the key box. Elisabeth will stop by if you let her know you're there, but otherwise all communication goes smoothly through Airbnb: fast, friendly and efficient. The cottage is truly fantastic – everything you could wish for on a trip is present, and even more than that. Everything works perfectly: from every lamp to air conditioning, kitchen and WiFi. I really don't know what could be better. The location is also ideal: bus stop and station within walking distance, and with the free public transport card you get on arrival, you can travel easily throughout Salzburgerland - we even went to Salzburg for free. There is more than enough to do in the area. In short: a perfect stay that I would definitely book again!

A great house in a beautiful location! Bernhard was very easy to work with. We enjoyed playing ping pong and eating out on the porch with the gorgeous mountains in the background. We were traveling with our young kids who loved the house and yard too. We hope to come again.

We enjoyed our stay at Rudolf’s place very much. The house had everything we needed and was super clean. The kids enjoyed the little playground. Rudolf and Ursula are very friendly and helpful. We arrived on a Sunday and Monday was a public holiday, they helped us get bread, milk, juice, and eggs before we arrived, which was very helpful.

This house is a dream if you want tranquility and good views, but at the same time be close to the city. In person it is even more beautiful than in photos and Barbara was super attentive answering all our questions quickly. The best place to stay in Austria.

The surroundings of Chalet Jochwand are truly breathtaking—perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature. The property offers a high level of privacy, making it an ideal retreat. One of the highlights was being able to have dinner on the balcony, surrounded by serene forest views. The landlord personally welcomed us and even brought us fresh farm eggs, which was a delightful touch. The amenities, including an outdoor shower and a newly added sauna, enhanced our experience significantly. Conni and Georg's accommodation is simply fantastic! First of all, the two are great hosts, who are super helpful and friendly! We felt very welcome and can very well imagine going back to this great place! The vacation home is very high quality and simply a great holiday oasis in the countryside! It was super clean and well maintained! Everything you need is in the house, be it towels and bed linen, but also everything you need in the kitchen. In general, it is very child-friendly! We just had a great time here! ❤️
