Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Fringaluna vacation home – your private hideaway in Übersee am Chiemsee with private pool Welcome to the Fringaluna vacation home – a stylish retreat in the heart of the Chiemgau, just minutes from Lake Chiemsee. Located in the beautiful village of Übersee, the spacious house offers approx. 200 m² of living space for up to 10 people – ideal for family vacations, groups of friends or small retreats. The pool is available from April/May to the end of September.

Beautiful modern 62 square meter apartment in the heart of the picturesque village of Unterwössen. Modernly equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and stove. A small terrace, on which both the morning and evening sun shines, with table and chairs, as well as charcoal grill is also available. A romantic four-poster bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2 m) in the living area ensure a good night's sleep.
