Very easy to reach - Weimar World Cultural City with Buchenwald, Erfurt, Jena with Goethe and Schiller, as well as an environment with lots of greenery and a mild climate. Saale cycling trail about 500 m away.

Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 m² 1.5-room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows the shortest routes to culture, sightseeing, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the Saale beach and in the Paradies Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. Salve! Upon arrival, you will experience an extraordinary staircase as a visitor. On the 1st floor, you will find a spacious apartment with a living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, as well as a small bathroom with shower. One bedroom offers a large 1.80 m x 2.00 m box spring bed, the other two single box spring beds 1.00 m x 2.00 m and each with its own smart TV. The sofa in the living area also offers a sleeping option.

Simple, but cozy accomodation surrounded by gardens and nature. About 30 minutes walking distance to city center. Most suitable for single travellers, groups of two friends and couples.
