In addition to the 75 sqm large, bright, open and spacious living space, the apartment includes a large roof terrace and a balcony. The equipment and furnishings are super high quality. E.g. Senseo coffee maker, SodaStream, large fridge ... My guests can use the streaming services maxdome and amazone PRIME on the TV for free.

The toilet is located in a separate room. From the living room, guests have an unobstructed view into the shower area. The furnishings have been lovingly made by us. Vacation apartment “Familiennest” in Hohenfelde/ Plön on the Baltic Sea. In a modernized farmhouse from 1910. Spacious, open-plan upper floor and attic with beautiful roof beams. Balcony view to the orchard with meadow and pond. Separate entrance / hallway, 1 bedroom for parents with double bed and crib. 2 cozy sleeping galleries under the roof with round windows, one for schoolchildren and one for 2 teenagers or young adults. Children's area can be separated by a curtain.

Studio in the heart of Lübeck's old town

The guest room is located in the rear wing of the old town house in a quiet lane. In the lower area of the open studio, a (sleeping) sofa invites you to linger, and a kitchenette offers space to enjoy small meals. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area under the roof, where a cozy double bed is available. Directly behind it you enter the small, modern bathroom. A cozy alcove above the bathroom offers another sleeping option for athletes.

The loft "Nordlicht" in the vacation home Fördeglück was expanded until mid-2021. For rent is a completely newly converted apartment with great amenities and private entrance with private outdoor area. ! ATTENTION: As you can see in the photos, the sleeping area is a studio with a “steep ascent”! Our guests should be safely on their feet and have no knee problems using the ladder to the sleeping area :-)

Very bright and stylish loft apartment in the middle of the Baltic Sea resort of Schönberg. Quietly located, with great views of the church on the market square. The apartment is about 95 m², consisting of: hallway, bathroom, bedroom and living room/kitchen. The Baltic Sea beach is about 3.5 km away (Kalifornien, Brasilien and Schönberger Strand). The state capital of Kiel can be reached in 20 km.
