The southern Thuringian forest, one of the most beautiful low mountain landscapes in Europe, is not called "The Green Heart of Germany" for nothing. Our modern and very quiet apartment in the OT of the residence town of Schleusingen with its Bertholdsburg, known beyond the borders, in the middle of the southern Thuringian Forest, not far from Rennsteig. The A73 motorway connecting Schleusingen is 2 km away. Oberhof and Coburg can be reached in about 30 minutes.

The house is modern and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. Perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof in the winter months, and great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more in the rest of the year. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer by arrangement.
