But, you are also in 2 minutes on the A95 and therefore perfectly located to explore both Munich and the Alpine foothills!

The Tegernsee Höhenweg trail leads directly from the house. In total we have 5 bedrooms. One of them has a bed and a bunk bed. The second only with a bunk bed. The other 3 rooms simply have a double bed.
