Bäcker, Zahnarzt, Restaurant, Eisdiele, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, Schuhpark und ein großer Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem "Bus" seid ihr in 17 Minuten in der City am Bahnhof am Boulevard mit seinen Kinos, Kneipen und Restaurants. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn ist sehr gut (ca. 7 Min.). Ein kostenloser Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.
