Charming holiday apartment

Enjoy a stylish experience in the beautiful Laax-Dorf. The newly renovated, modern holiday apartment is located on the south side of Laax Dorf. You can easily reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, and coffee shops on foot. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, and the connection to the Laax ski area is regular and convenient with an 8-minute trip. With bikes, you can either ride along the lake or use the bus. The idyllic Laaxer Lake is reachable by foot in a couple of minutes.

Modern, high-quality and detached chalet on a sunny hillside above Schluein – close to Laax & Flims. Large sun terrace and breathtaking panoramic views across the Rhine Valley all the way to Sagogn golf course. Ideal for families of up to 6 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + guest WC): the perfect base for hiking and biking in the mountains or the Rhine Gorge in summer & autumn, and for golf. In winter, it’s great for skiing & snowboarding in Laax. A well-behaved, house-trained dog is also welcome.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Swiss chalet near Flims

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the underground garage and easy access to the village. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

The Canyon Nest

The Canyon Nest with cottage charm and tiny house coziness is the perfect retreat in the 'Rheinschlucht'. Here you can start the day with freshly brewed coffee and birdsongs on the balcony, use the TRX on the terrace, do yoga or barbecue, pick fruits from the trees, hang a hammock, and read a book in front of the Swedish stove in the evening. The Canyon Nest offers peace and relaxation and is the ideal place for creativity and focused productivity.

Casa Bigneras

The chalet stands alone on a large meadow less than 1000 steps from the village center. If you use everything, you have complete peace, a south-facing view of mountains from east to west and all the important starting points close by: shopping for everyday things, the chairlift valley station from Falera to the Weiße Arena and restaurants. The free village shuttle stops right in front of the house and the ski slope extends almost to the house.

Welcome to our small but cozy apartment in car-free Braunwald! The light-flooded 1-room apartment is ideal for 1-2 adults or a family with 1 child and offers winter and summer outdoor activities right outside the front door. This beautiful apartment is just a 5-7 minute walk from the mountain railway. In addition, the reading café “Bsinti” and a grocery store are nearby, so you have everything you need right at hand.

Looking for a quiet vacation home close to great ski resorts and a unique natural panorama? The vacation home is only 10 minutes by car from Flims/Laax or 20 minutes from Obersaxen Mundaun. The region offers many other great activities in close proximity. The cozy atmosphere is guaranteed not to fall short, thanks to the fireplace, natural panorama and the rushing stream right behind the house. Dogs are welcome.
