The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Tiny house. With a lot of love for detail & forest location

Kleines feines Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen. Alles was man so braucht um ein paar Tage in die Waldromantik einzutauchen. Nach dem wandern oder radeln warm duschen und was feines kochen. Im Winter macht der Ofen gemütlich warm. Es gibt ein 140er Bett und eine sehr gemütliche Couch mit einer ordentlichen Matratze zum schlafen. Öl, Töpfe etc ist vor ort. Der wunderschöne Aussenbereich lädt zum losslassen und abschalten ein. Dann rein in den Badeweiher und man ist wieder voll wach...Ofenholz inklusive.

Unser über 175 Jahre altes ehem. Bauernhaus befindet sich in zentraler Ortskernlage von Queidersbach, genau gegenüber des parkähnlichen Dorfplatzes. Sie wohnen in einer Einraumwohnung mit Küche und Bad. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Apotheke, etc.) sind in wenigen Gehminuten rund um unser Haus zu finden. Frische Eier gibt's beim Bauernhof nebenan und ein kleiner Obst- & Gemüsemarkt findet jeden Samstag schräg gegenüber im alten Milchhaus statt.

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.

Close to nature 90 m² apartment (house in a single location) in the Palatinate Forest only 10 minutes by car from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with stair lift), It is bright, modern, well equipped and has its own entrance. It is well suited for families as well as for older people. Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away.

Our modern, spacious apartment in Kaiserslautern is quiet and centrally located in a wooden house with excellent public transport links. Ideal for families – baby crib, extra bed and highchair are provided. The fully equipped kitchen offers a microwave, oven, induction stovetop, dishwasher and kettle. Fast Wi-Fi/LAN, space for up to 6 people (2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 sofa bed in the living room) and a balcony with seating complete the offer.

The living space stretches over 2 floors connected by a self-supporting wooden staircase. Pure luxury for two, ideal for families. Small but nice. The 150-year-old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. On 95 sqm you will find everything you need for the family. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fully automatic coffee machine, ... The attic is accessible via a steep staircase, which can be seen in the pictures. In the courtyard there is a seating area or you can use the public space at the oven house on the opposite side.
