You are in the Sauerland, a region where hiking or cycling is a must. Even the Sauerland pool is in the village. Otherwise, just peace and beautiful landscapes with many refreshment stops. You can swim and sauna in the village or go to Hennesee, about 25 minutes by car. We are very quiet, almost at the edge of the forest and in the center, about 10 minutes on foot. If you want to go shopping, go to the next village of Schmallenberg. We only have discounters!Restaurants are in the village.

Arrive, take a deep breath and enjoy nature: The Luminarium is quietly situated on the edge of the forest in the Sauerland region and combines modern architecture with sweeping views over meadows and forests. The large glass façade, fireplace and terrace make the house a special retreat for up to six guests. There is plenty of space for children to play. Chickens, the tomcat Findus and our bee colonies live on the property. The Hennesee and numerous hiking trails are close by.

For all adventurers, there is the Green Hill Bikepark and ski lifts to explore in the immediate vicinity. By car, you can reach Winterberg, Schmallenberg and Meschede in 15-20 minutes. Children can have fun on the playground, which is right next to the house or on a trip to FortFun.
