Öffentlicher Seezugang und Liegewiese in 100 m Entfernung. Der schöne Strandweg entlang des Seeufers führt von Rapperswil nach Schmerikon und direkt durch Bollingen. Es ist ein Fuss- und Radweg von 11 km Länge. Bollingen ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar! ÖV und Läden sind 5 Min. Autofahrt entfernt.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Villa Kunterbunt is a very charming house with enchanting views of Lake Zurich. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and offers three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living and dining room. The garden has stunning views of Lake Zurich. In the garden there is a vegetable garden and a chicken coop (without a rooster!). Minimum stay: 2 nights
