Not only the apartment, but also the location is a dream - a few minutes walk from the center and the cable cars and yet in absolute peace and quiet, raised above the roofs of Zell am See with spectacular lake and mountain views. It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Shops, bars, restaurants, the lake and the ski lift are all within a few minutes walk away. The apartment includes wifi, toiletries, bed linen & towels. There is an allocated parking space plus ski/sports locker. This is a perfect base to enjoy both winter ski and summer holidays.

The apartment is located in the city center - by foot to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025.
