Ground floor : Here you will find a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with dining area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV and fireplace, which provides a perfect evening ambience in cold weather. Room 4- is equipped with a closet, 2 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 bedside tables. On request, the single beds can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and towel radiator is located on the ground floor. A utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also available here. First Floor: Room 1- is equipped with spacious designer wardrobes, a double bed 180x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and LED TV. Room 2 - is furnished with a French double bed 140x200 cm, closet, bedside table, chest of drawers, LED TV and work desk. From room 1 and 2, you can enjoy the unique view over the village and the Wiesbach valley. Room 3 - is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200cm, bedside table, closet and LED TV. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and WC. As the bedrooms can be occupied differently, the following rules apply: 1. the guest chooses the appropriate bedroom himself if possible (e.g. room 1 for 2 persons). 2. other “bedrooms” are not available. 3. the house is only occupied by the person ordering and their companions. Example: A couple orders the house for 5 days, chooses bedroom 1, for two persons, remaining bedrooms are not prepared. All other rooms (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are available to the couple. On each floor there are terraces with dining and seating facilities and a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located right on the edge of the forest. It is built on a slope and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Infants up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Children in the garden must be supervised. Pets are only allowed on request.

FeWo AMH Im wunderschönen Taunus

Frisch renovierte Souterrain Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang hinter dem Haus für 4 Personen, auf Anfrage auch 5 Personen möglich. Unsere Ferienwohnung wurde mit einem neuen Bad ausgestattet und die anderen Räume wurden renoviert. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist neben dem Haus, wo man durch den Garten zum separaten Eingang gelangt. Es steht eine voll ausgestattete Küche, das Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, ein Flur, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 180x200cm Bett sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem 140x200cm Bett und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer kleinen Schlafcouch mit Blick auf den Feldberg zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Schmitten-Arnoldshain. In 2 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man eine Bushaltestelle, den Wald zum spazieren gehen oder das Dorfgemeinschaftshaus und ein kleines Stück weiter finden Sie das Freibad. In der Umgebung befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele – z.B. der Feldberg. Neu-Anspach ist ca. 7 Minuten entfernt und Frankfurt erreicht man in weniger als 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Ein traumhafter Luftkurort, der nicht nur im Sommer, sondern auch im Winter mit tollen Aktivitäten begeistert. Sprecht uns gerne an für interessante Ausflugsziele. Auf Anfrage wäre ein Shuttle Service zur Messe Frankfurt möglich. Wir sind generell ein sehr ruhiges Haus, dennoch wohnt hier auch noch ein Hund, der vielleicht mal bellt.

Great, comfortable furnished apartment in quiet location in the beautiful Taunus for 2-7 persons. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has 116 m2. - Large living-dining area with fireplace - Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. - Private terrace - Under the table top of the dining table is a pool table - There are two coffee makers. A normal for coffee powder and a Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine. 3 Sleeping Rooms: 1 room with double bed (200x200cm) 1 room with 1 single bed (100x200cm) + double bed (180x200cm) 1 room with double bed (180x200cm) For our little quests we have also a Babybed and a Babychair. NEW: Netflix and amazon prime are free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Parking infant of the house. Unfortunately there are no more shopping opportunities in the village itself. Supermarkets can be reached by car in 5-8 minutes. You can have bread delivery

Very central, 2 min. to subway, 5 min. to all restaurants/ shopping centers and the lovely historic city of Oberursel, 10 min. along the Urselbach(little creek) to the swimming hall . Frankfurt/M. 10 min. by car or 20 min. by subway. Oberursel is directly located at the Großer Feldberg with lots of excursion possibilities.

Das Fachwerkstädtchen Idstein i.Ts. (10 km) oder der Kurort Königstein (14 km) sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Die 2-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung eignet sich am besten für 2 Personen, bietet aber auch Platz für eine Familie mit 2 (kleineren) Kindern oder 3 Erwachsene.
