I'm offering my 50 sqm apartment here. The apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Ayl overlooking the famous Ayler Kupp. Ayl has 1606 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Saarburg. Ayl is one of the most famous wine towns on the Saar, located in Rhineland-Palatinate between Trier and Saarburg. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entrance is on the far right side of the house. Above the apartment lives a family with a toddler, next to it lives a married couple.

Wir laden Sie sehr herzlich ein in unsere ruhig gelegene, geräumige und schlichte Ferienwohnung. Sie ist für 3 (max. 4) Gäste ausgestattet und auf der 1. Etage finden Sie: 2 Schlafräume, eine benachbarte Toilette, eine kleine Ankleide und den überdachten Balkon. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich: das Badezimmer mit Dusche, die kleine, einfache Küche und Nebenraum, dem Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Esstisch und die Diele. Zusätzlich nutzen Sie eine rustikale Terrasse mit angrenzendem kleinen Naturgarten.

Nombreuses randonnées pédestres et cyclistes en forêt ou au coeur des vignobles. Idéal pour 2 personnes. . Terrasse privative. The apartment offers enough space for 2 people and has 1 bedroom, shower, toilet, living and dining room, kitchen, hallway. The apartment is located in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer area, in the beautiful wine village of Schoden, in a quiet location in the countryside. The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike and bike along the Saar. A trip to Saarburg, Trier or Luxembourg is also recommended.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.

Unser ca. 30qm großes Studio steht dir zur alleinigen Verfügung, hat einen eigenen Zugang und Parkplatz. Viele Rad- und Wanderwege finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unser Studio liegt ebenerdig, ist aber nur durch eine Treppe erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei).
