Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Old Sawmill 2.0

Schickes Haus am Rande vom Vogelschutzgebiet, mit Alleinlage und trotzdem nahe an der Stadt, auf dem Gelände eines alten Sägewerk. Alles neu gemacht und mit Anspruch an Design, Stil und Kreativität gedacht und realisiert. Gestaltet, dass sich grosse Gruppen in inspirierenden Ambiente treffen können und eine gute Zeit zusammen verbringen können. Wir haben insgesamt 23 Schlafplätze in 9 Zimmern. Jeder weitere Gast zusätzlich zu den 16 Personen (max. bei airbnb) kostet 28€ pro Nacht.

Remise with vision

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

Havelglück houseboat - paradise on the water

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay at this special accommodation. Right on the Havel, you are surrounded by waterfowl and water lilies. Relaxing tranquility and a jump from the houseboat directly into the water. On the lower terrace, you can eat, chill, and read. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and watch the sunset. The houseboat is moored in a natural harbor protected by an uninhabited island. Outings only after instruction with a skipper (€150)

Vacation home "Am Tangerberg"

Welcome to Tangermünde. The vacation rental is located in a vacation home with 2 other vacation rentals. The old town of Tangermünde with all its sights, cafes, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes' walk away (about 400 m). In addition, you will find the harbor promenade, the Tangier and the Elbe wetlands in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the old town of Tangermünde and the Elbe landscape.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. The village is quietly located, directly on an old Havel arm. If you are looking for tranquility and nature, this is the place to be! From water activities such as swimming and stand-up paddling to fascinating bird and crane watching, the area offers a variety of ways to connect with nature. In the evening, the Westhavelländer Sternenpark invites you to stargaze.
