Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Luxury Creative Studio

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

My style oasis on the mountain road

Relax here in this stylish and quietly located place. Designed with a lot of love for detail and high-quality furnishings, we have made the accommodation something special for you. There is about 80 square meters of living space with a small terrace overlooking the greenery of the front Odenwald. Sink into the cozy 180 cm box-spring bed (super comfortable mattress!) after an active day in a deep sleep. The property has a separate entrance and parking.

Studio-garden apartment

The studio apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance with a parking bay and patio. It’s located on the ground floor, with direct access to a small garden. Easy City access: public transport is a 5 - 10 min walk, leaving your car parked at the apartment. Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood.

Breathtaking location above the Neckar Valley

The lovingly renovated attic apartment with loggia offers stunning panoramic views of the Neckar Valley and the Kraichgau. There is an open kitchen, dining, living area and 2 bedrooms. A ladder staircase leads to the converted attic. The turn-of-the-century estate with sheep pasture and spring is located in front of the walls of the historic Dilsberg Castle and invites you to relax. We ask that you observe the quiet hours from 10 pm.

Farm: House with special charm and sauna

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Surrounded by forest and a stream, you can enjoy rural life here in the midst of an exceptionally beautiful natural landscape. A forest path begins right at the fantastically beautiful property, which is great for walking and jogging. All the things for everyday life can be found within a 5-minute drive or on foot.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area with forest views, just 25 minutes (19 km) from Heidelberg. Due to the southwestern location, the apartment is very sunny. Schönau is an old monastery town with a monastery complex and chicken farm on the edge of the Odenwald. Hiking trails to the Neckar Valley and the Odenwald start not far from the apartment.

Bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy and post office on site. Close to the city center of Ludwigshafen - yet very quiet. Good starting point for Palatinate Forest tours. Es erwartet Sie der Komfort, den Sie sich für ein paar Tage Urlaub (oder eine Dienstreise) wünschen. Die Wohnung selbst erreichen Sie über ca. 70 Treppenstufen (ist somit nicht barrierfefrei), Süd-West-Hanglage mit separatem Eingang.. Herzlich willkommen!
