Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

We spent a few days at this wonderful place last week, and it was truly a dream. We were looking for peace and rest, and we found exactly that—and so much more. The atmosphere is calm and soothing, the surroundings are beautiful, and the space itself is incredibly comfortable and cozy. The view and the nature around us felt like a dream come true. We felt deeply connected to the environment, and even though the pictures are beautiful, they simply can’t capture the feeling of actually being there. It’s something you have to experience for yourself. The hosts were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and stress-free, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’re extremely happy with our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended if you need to recharge in a peaceful, welcoming environment!

Glamping in the Eifel

We had a wonderful weekend here. The yurt was larger than expected and everything was thought of in the furnishings, especially the refrigerator was worth its weight in gold during the hot weather. There was also the most beautiful compost toilet I have ever been allowed to visit. We had exactly what we wanted, our peace and privacy in the middle of nature. The only disadvantage is that in the rare case that people can be heard from outside, they can be heard extremely clearly through the tent walls. But Veronika can't do anything about that. Overall, it was a great vacation for two, which we would gladly recommend.

Easily one of the best equipped airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at - fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, it’s got everything you may possibly need. Area ideal for cycling and hiking. We spent two nights in a nice and comfortable studio. It is located in a very quiet area in a small country village. The hosts live right next door, which can be very useful in case of problems (which didn't happen to us of course).

Small bakery in the Eifel

We enjoyed our stay in the small bakery for two with our dogs. The cottage is really well furnished and equipped. Above all, we used the bath and outdoor sauna to relax. The sauna is heated with a wood-burning stove, for this there are making wood, lighters and larger logs available. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room in the attic is very homely. Larger dogs can hardly make it up, as the narrow space-saving staircase is very steep. The small bedroom under the roof was nice and clean and very cozy, we slept great in the beautiful box spring bed under the roof window overlooking the stars. Lukas, the host was always available and very helpful. In the nearby beautiful corner there is a small Edeka, a few restaurants and a delicious bakery for breakfast baked goods. Otherwise, you can eat well in Prüm or Bitburg. We will be happy to come back!
