Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. Really a very, very nice stay! The house is really something special, top, impeccable, tasteful, fully equipped to the last detail. The outdoor facilities are beautiful, spacious, with great views and everything is very neat. The hosts are very nice and likeable and have thought of everything, from the equipment, labeling, recommendations in writing. We were there as a family with three children (6, 10, 12) and felt completely comfortable. It is a very, very good recommendation in its entirety!

We were here for a week and felt very comfortable. The apartment was very spacious for two people, unusual and comfortably equipped with a beautiful view of the Danube. Everything in the apartment is largely self-explanatory. Modern and clear in an old wall. The house is very quiet, all important things are easily accessible on foot. Margarete and Lorenz reacted quickly when there were inquiries. We will be happy to come back.

Very clean and cozy apartment that felt like home right away. The balcony was lovely, and all amenities were available as described. Fresh towels and linen were provided, and the bed and room were very comfortable with a cute, welcoming interior. We arrived by car, and although the first impression of the garage and building wasn’t great, that changed immediately when we entered the apartment. We also had some trouble finding the house at first, but that was on us. Aaron was a fantastic host—super friendly, responsive, and always made sure we felt comfortable. Booking and communication were smooth throughout. Would definitely recommend!
