Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

In nature, with lots of wood, a cozy cuddle corner, an ideal retreat for one person or two. The shower is located in a separate bath cart with sink, composting toilet and shower.

Numerous golf courses and wellness facilities in the Bavarian-Czech spa region. Fresh eggs from our chickens and honey from our own beekeeping complete the offer.

Gönn dir eine Pause und entspann dich in dieser friedlichen Oase. Das Studio ist sehr gut für Kurzzeitübernachtungen geeignet. Es liegt sehr schön in Waldnähe und eignet sich sehr gut für Wanderausflüge und der Erholung in der Natur. Bayreuth ist ca. 30 min. entfernt und lädt zum bummeln oder Kultur genießen ein. Auch sind die Luisenburgfestspiele sehr gut in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Leider ist zu beachten das das Studio nur über ein WC verfügt.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. The apartment is fantastically idyllically located, in a closed, green three-sided courtyard on the edge of a small village near Selb The apartment is spacious, fully furnished on three floors and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Particularly noteworthy is the close proximity to the Grand Casino Asch, which can be reached on foot in about ten minutes.
