The cottage is approximately 1600 sq. ft and has enough sleeping space for 8 to 12 guests! We are smoke free at the cottage. Bring your canoe or kayak and fish for brook trout in this river. Munising and Pictured Rocks is only a short 15 mile drive. Easy access to trails for snowmobiling or ATVs.

Bings sleeps up to 4 people. There is a full size bed. Insta bed, also a comfortable couch. Wi-fi, 40" Roku tv, fridge/freezer, micro, console table, mirror, picnic table, firepit, 4 camp chairs, Kuerig coffee and charcoal grill. We supply the clean linens and towels. This is a new 2021 Park Model RV trailer (tiny house) that is very comfortable to stay in. Everything is brand new with a upgraded queen size Nectar therapeutic foam mattress. The bunkbeds are full size foam mattresses as well. It overlooks the Haymeadow Creek marsh and pond on the property, very peaceful and quiet. You'll also have access to the private trail leading out to the Old Seney Rd. for snowmobiling, 4wheeling, or hiking.
