Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Auf 50qm bieten wir eine Unterkunft mit gemütlicher Wärme durch den enthaltenen Kamin. Die Gegend bietet zahlreiche schöne Wanderwege, Burgen und andere Ausflugsziele, etc. In den Sommermonaten (Juni-August) kann unser eingelassener Pool (beheizt durch Solar - Wassertemperatur ist also abhängig von den Sonnenstunden) im Garten mitbenutzt werden.

There is about 80 square meters of living space with a small terrace overlooking the greenery of the front Odenwald. Sink into the cozy 180 cm box-spring bed (super comfortable mattress!) after an active day in a deep sleep. The property has a separate entrance and parking.

Easy City access: public transport is a 5 - 10 min walk, leaving your car parked at the apartment. Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!

There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment that can accommodate 2 people.
