The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house with garden in the northern district of Am Hart. It offers a quiet relaxing stay as well as the possibility to get to the city center with its many sights in a short time. The Am Hart U-Bahn [subway] station is just 5 minutes away. By U-Bahn, you can reach Marienplatz and the main train station as well as the Olympic Park or the English Garden in 15 minutes. You can get to the airport in 45 minutes by U2 and S-Bahn S1.

Ich biete meine ruhig gelegene Wohnung im Norden von München an. Sie hat große Fenster und ist geräumig. Der Flur hat einen riesigen Spiegel. Von hier aus kommt man links in die voll-ausgestattete Küche (Herd, Spülmachine, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine). Nebenan das Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher (kein Fernsehen) mit Chromecast (Smartphone auf den TV übertragen). Die Wohnung ist wie ein Rundgang gebaut.

I def will come back and stay at his bnb! He was very responsive and the checkin was very smooth. Everything was well organized and I feel comfortable like home :) Plus, the location is really good for enjoying the Schwabing area and I love the neighborhood! There is a cute cafe nearby ;)

Helmut's place is amazing! He is attentive and the place is faithful to the photos! I traveled alone and felt completely safe, I would definitely stay again. The place is close to the subway and other means of transportation, which makes it too easy to come and go from the city center.

The stay is very beautiful, organized and has all the necessary amenities, it is located in a good area since there is easy access to the different public transport. Additionally, Maren is very attentive. We were a little late and she gave us all the help possible to be able to check in. The instructions were clear and I want to highlight Maren's warmth and good service

It was great staying in Edurne's place in Munich. She's a great host. Very friendly and we had an interesting conversation too. And she allowed me to check out 1 hour beyond the official check-out time, which was much appreciated.
