It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. The city center is only 1500 meters away, the train station is 1600 meters away and the highway entrance is 3 minutes away. Dogs are welcome guests. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

The accommodation is not only an ideal starting point for vacationers to explore the left bank of the Lower Rhine, but also for guests of celebrations and events as well as trade fair visitors and business travelers. Pretty small towns, historic manor houses, nearby farm cafes and nature parks invite you to cycle and hike without borders.

It has a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for 2 additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub, and marina are all within a 100-meter radius.

A few minutes' walk to the countryside, forests and lakes. Just a few minutes' walk to the town center where there is a Rewe market or a gas station as well as a kebab shop, a pizzeria and an Indian snack bar. By car, you can also reach the Netherlands in just under 20 minutes, where the beautiful town of Roermond and the Designer Outlet Center await you.
