Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighbouring Leuth form a state-recognised resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Old town oasis in MG

Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

Bright apartment with view of the countryside

The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Our accommodation is near Mönchengladbach in the town of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, and the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible. We can offer free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz train station. Pick-up and drop-off from Düsseldorf airport or other desired location is possible at an additional cost.
