Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Our accommodation is absolutely quiet, and you can be in nature in just a few steps. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity, you will find cross-country ski trails and the biathlon stadium with a roller ski track and ski lift, a sledding slope, MTB trails, and hiking trails. Lake Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Please request a child discount!

The well-air-conditioned new apartment with underfloor heating is modernly equipped and has a large living and dining area with access to a private terrace. A box-spring bed and a sofa bed with a topper are available. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils (incl. toaster, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker, etc.).

A house with history - Built in 1860 as a Royal Forestry Office building in Mähring, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area. We are happy to share this part of the world with you.

My place is spacious and can accommodate up to 7 people. It also has a large balcony with great views of the countryside, to the summit of Schneeberg and Ochsenkopf. It is centrally located to many leisure activities (nature health park, barrier-free cable car to the Ochsenkopf, ski lift, toboggan run, climbing forest). My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.
