Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are nice and sunny and the location perfect for us. Just a few small things we wanted to note. The bedrooms couldn't be darkened. Extra curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine. We were able to get a grip on this through a rubber glove. The lower sled of the dishwasher is broken, so it was difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the lower bedroom Apart from these little things overall a recommended and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG mining ground. Thank you for this, if we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, venison burgers, roasts really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay. You have everything you need in the apartment, it is clean and tidy and is in the immediate vicinity of the forest.

Absolutely great place! If you want to stay in the middle of the forest and have a rest from the world, this is what you need 🥰

Nice space for larger groups. The contact with Petra was great. We had smaller children with us and had to be very careful because of the road, as it runs close to the house. For older children, however, this should not be a problem

Super neat stay. The surroundings are wonderful for nature lovers. We were with 3 children, and had plenty of sleeping space. The sauna and play area are a big plus.

We spent a few days with friends in this beautiful, rustic house over Pentecost. It was great! The house is very lovingly furnished with many more things than you would expect from a vacation home. There was a lot to discover. Nothing was missing, everything was very clean. The fireplace provided cozy warmth on these rather cool days. The property is fenced and has a large seating area for barbecues. BBQ and fire pit are also available. The location is quiet and ideal for hiking. There is a restaurant just around the corner. Katerina and Katja were great hosts who were easily accessible and on site for arrival and departure. Thank you very much! Clear recommendation!

Susanne's house is worth a trip alone. There is even a small museum in the entrance. The house is really spacious and very spacious. Still, you feel comfortable. Everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail. The communication with Susanne was very pleasant. Marienberg is really impressive. Historic buildings just around the corner, a great marketplace and beautiful restaurants within walking distance. It was a very nice stay.

Dorit was very helpful, we had booked here for an activity nearby. Due to change of plans, we should have canceled our overnight stay. Since someone else was looking for another place for the same event, he could take over the place from us without any problem. Dorit was very helpful in this for which thank you.

The house is beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. The host family was extremely friendly and warm. We - especially our children - enjoyed the stay and the surroundings very much. Although our vacation was short, we felt completely comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Great accommodation for a larger group in beautiful surroundings. Facility a bit old, but clean and as described. Large lounge with fireplace, sauna and also large property with covered barbecue, pool, small playground, etc. Host responded very quickly to requests. The water quality is not outstanding, quite strong chlorine smell and yellowish color, we then preferred to get water canisters from the supermarket for cooking. Apart from that, everything was good, we had a few very nice days. Thank you.

Everything great! Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything works flawlessly. For not as attentive readers as me: no wifi and it is an apartment, not a house with garden (display was truthful, but I assumed it for any reason and that could happen to others). Our daughter really liked the teeny bay over the living room:)

We stayed at John's place for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stand it longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom, things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper were available to avoid having to go shopping right away - except food of course. 😉 You can walk right by the house into the forest. 👍 It was not so quiet with us on the WE, which is certainly the case - because there was a dog tournament with us. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back.

We had a family vacation with Elena. Everything was great. The house is a great , beautiful and cozy place. Beautiful nature, silence. We really want to come. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and a great home .

We were with a child and seven adults in the treasure chest and had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home, grilled in the garden and used the pool, explored Marienberg and made a detour to the Kühnau Heath and the Schwarzwassertal to the Teufelsmauer and the Katzenstein. There are very well-developed hiking trails in a beautiful landscape. We will definitely be back. The place itself exceeded our expectations. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and there were delicious fresh eggs. Shopping facilities were in walking distance. The only thing that may be considered problematic is the fact that there are only two toilets and one shower. But if you coordinate well and there are early risers, then it works. Beautiful quiet location, nice host, very large garden, great pool, shopping and excursion destinations easily accessible by car. The place was exactly as described. We will be happy to come back.

We had a relaxing getaway. The rustic cottage has everything you need. The area is wonderful for hiking.

Amazing stay ! Sad that it was only for one night for us and we would have liked to stay more. It is worth nothing that the apartment is on the 6th or 7th floor without an elevator which was a bit of struggle since I had senior members with me. No complaints ! It was an amazing stay

The cottage is simply indescribably beautiful! Through the large windows you can look at meadows and forests, it is so wonderfully quiet that you just relax right away. Due to the underfloor heating, it is wonderfully warm and due to the lots of wood, the cottage is very comfortable. In the kitchen there is everything you need and it is really fun to cook something here and get involved. The lower bedroom is wonderfully cool and also has a wonderful view of nature and in the attic children get their money's worth and have their own little empire. There is a balcony and a terrace to properly absorb and enjoy the beautiful scenery. From the cottage you can hike through the enchanted forest, e.g. to the Hochmoor small Kranichsee. We 100% recommend this place and thank Tina and family very much for this great place.

It was so beautiful, this apartment is so stylish and harmoniously furnished. I fell in love and would have liked to stay longer. Arrangements were easy and Isabel is very sweet and nice. I will definitely come back and can highly recommend a stay here. Thanks again ☺️

We enjoyed our stay with the family. A worm and cosy place. The view from masters bedroom is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you need. We did daily trips to discover local nature and happily returned to this place to recover for next day adventures.

Very nice place to stay in a great location. The summer toboggan run and all activities are within walking distance. The communication with Vanessa was great. The place is really well decorated. We'd love to come back :)

We were a little startled when Anna apologized for the 'unrenovated' house just before we left. When we arrived, we were shocked, the house did not look so great. But once the door of the apartment was open, it was great! Just as described and in the photos. The only apartment with new windows. Elegantly heated, equipped with carpet, blankets, slippers. Basic kitchen equipment, bedding, towels were present. Very quiet neighborhood, only a chickadee kept its serenade all day long. Thanks Anna, was a wonderful stay!
