For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

Our Tyrolean log cabin at 1000 m above sea level is a so-called Söllhaus from the 18th century, completely renovated inside and all sanitary facilities incl. underfloor heating in the bathrooms newly installed. The bus stop and direct access to the Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau gondola lift by bus/car is max. 3 minutes away. Sustainable gentle winter tourism but also pure ski action. Strap on your touring skis directly from the hut and climb the peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps.

Apartment with private staircase access via the in-house barn, attention original, but very steep! The bathroom is very small due to the sloping roof, but nice.

We rent out our log cabin in a very quiet location with a wonderful view and an extremely cozy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have access to: a large living room, a new kitchen, a sunny conservatory, a bedroom, a small bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a toilet. Also: a large terrace and a large garden for your use. Private parking. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Bungalow Millau

Our bungalow is 57m² in size and has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The kitchen with dining area is very well appointed. The living room also can accommodate 2 people on the sofa bed. A small terrace completes the coziness of our house. You can park in front of the house in the carport with storage for ski, ski boots, tobogganing, bikes and everything that can't find space in the living room.

Exclusive apartment with infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden with barbecue facilities, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

My house is located 3 km above the town of Schwaz, 30 km east of Innsbruck, the state capital of Tyrol. The apartment has two bedrooms (one room with a double bed - width 1.55 m - and another room with two single beds - width 90 cm), a combined kitchen, dining and living room area, bathroom with shower, toilet and terrace. In both rooms there is a wardrobe and a desk with an armchair.
