The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Welcome to Villa Maria, our small fairy-tale chateau by the forest in Lauterbourg. It is your home away from home, with its own history and character, offering a calm retreat or a base between Karlsruhe and Strasbourg for exploring the Rhine Valley, Black Forest, and the Vosges. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

L'appartement, lumineux tout au long de la journée offre une cuisine tout équipée ouverte sur un espace salle à manger et un grand séjour avec son sofa convertible+matelas gonflable si 6 pers Une salle de bain avec douche et lave linge, un toilette séparé et une chambre. Le petit plus, un joli balcon. Un local fermé à clé:vélos etc.. Un cocon fonctionnel et agréable à vivre.

Das Haus Rosa hat 3 helle und geräumige Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Genieße die Ruhe auf der großen Terrasse überm Bach oder vorm Holzofen im Winter. Lange Spaziergänge durch die Weinberge, den Pfälzer Wald oder das französische Elsass, Radtouren, Weinproben, uvm. erwarten dich!

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.

The kitchen equipment is high quality and rich. There is a 5-burner induction stove, 2 ovens, microwave, as well as numerous kitchen appliances. For the outdoor area there is a large gas grill. This stylish place is perfect for families and groups.
