Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Easy access to ski resorts such as SkiWelt, Skijuwel or Zillertal as well as the entire hiking area around the wild and tame Kaiser. You can also get everywhere easily by public transport. The cultural cities of Kufstein (10 km) and Wörgl (5 km) are nearby. In the village, there is a large grocery store and everything you need. €3.50 tax per person/day

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.
