Claudia is a superkind and very helpful host, she’s ready to answer all the questions always very fast. She came to the train station to meet us and showed us the town. We are very grateful and thank you again! The apartment is amazing, we felt like at home. It is a seaside flat, and has a balcony with sea view and with a beautiful flowering tree in front of it. We spent 5 days in Nizza in october, it’s a calm small town, it was definitely not crowded by tourists, the beach, the sea and the weather were all great. You have everything you need (bakery, café, shop) in walk distance. Nizza is a good startpoint to visit other towns nearby, as it has train and bus stops. Highly recommended!

Nice, small apartment in a quiet location. I was warmly welcomed by Heidi. Top equipped kitchen, large terrace, cozy bed and a great bathroom - everything sparkling clean! The location is village-like, a little up the mountain, wonderfully quiet and due to the proximity to the highway perfect for exploring the east coast. Important: you have to be a safe driver, especially in the rain.

The apartment is a bit dated, but the location makes up for it: right next to a discount store and in the first row to the beach - from the large terrace you have a fantastic 180-degree view of the sea and the surrounding areas. The city itself is charming with two or three small restaurants, and the surrounding towns are also within walking distance. In the height of summer, the location is really ideal - you can't go wrong. The terrace can be reached via a spiral staircase, it belongs to a small separate apartment, which looks a little different in the photos in the listing. It's best to take a close look beforehand. If you are very tall, you should consider the sloping roof – but even that is feasible. Arthur was very helpful when the Internet and TV did not work at first. All in all: If you are looking for a great location directly by the sea and can overlook smaller peculiarities, you are in the right place.
