The property is 40 minutes from Bristol, VA and Abingdon.

Our cozy barn yard cottage offers many hiking trails within a 15 mile radius such as: Devils Bathtub, little Stoney falls and guest river gorge. We offer natural tunnel state park and bark camp lake within 15 mile radius. While visiting bark camp lake you can’t miss the hike on high knob to the tower. Bristol race track is 23 miles from this sweet cottage. Upon request we offer ATV rental to see the country side and lots of wildlife.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. bring your own tent or you can use our two person tent setup. Secluded setting in the mountains. Completely private, the only ones around are the ponies. Must have 4-wheel drive to access the site. Parking is available at the farm house. we can take guests and belongings to site in our 6 seater side by side.
