Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Virginia

Had a great time staying here. The place was clean and well-appointed. Nice amenities. We really enjoyed using the pool. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Kayla’s place was great. Nice, quiet house with lots of privacy. Great views . Love the views of the river. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was really well set up. the drive up is a bit confusing the first time for sure. The house has everything a couple could need. Little bit of privacy, a nice space and a close proximity to a couple of small towns. The house was clean and had plenty of blankets, towels etc. Only negative (and it's a nitpick cause there was a lot of rain the weeks leading up to our stay) but the back deck furniture was covered in mildew and dead leaves. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Staying at the Blue Heron Hideaway checked all the boxes for what we were looking for! It was very relaxing, comfortable, spacious and very beautiful throughout. We were so excited that it was just steps away from its own wide sandy beach with kayaks, a canoe, a paddle board and a fun floating dock, allowing our whole family to be together on the lake at same time! We had so many places to relax and enjoy being together, including a large hammock, a fire pit, and lots of big Adirondack chairs all in a row on the beach. Daniel, our host, was very quick to get back with us on any questions we had and very responsive to help and follow up to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for! And it was! It was hard to leave this beautiful home and setting but we are hopeful to enjoy it again soon!

we stayed there because we were attending a wedding at Burlington Estates. It was very convenient, and the location is amazing. the outdoor shower and tub are the best part.

The cabin is very comfy and a delightful place to stay! We particularly loved the beautiful sun room, which is the perfect place to lounge and relax while enjoying the quiet of the surrounding woods. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals for the weekend and the beds were very comfortable. Michael did a great job responding to any messages we had for him. Loved our stay in their cabin!

This is my second time staying in this fantastic cabin and one more time we had an amazing weekend here. The view is beautiful, very relaxing, the beds are very comfy and love the fact that we had everything we need in here. Matthew thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us. Beautiful place. Gorgeous views when it’s not foggy 😊. Bed was extremely comfy. Great amenities. Well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc. We had a little issue getting in and there was no cell service to call but a neighbor up the road told us a spot to get cell service to contact her. We saw a lot of deer and turkey. Great spot to rest before continuing our long ride home! Highly recommend 😊

Kendall was a great host. She took care of what I needed and was friendly and responsive. The house and location were great! Very private and perfect if you have a dog. We were very pleased. Thanks Kendall!

Anthony's place was very clean and welcoming. felt secluded even though was close to everything. was well pleased with our stay. only drawback was we weren't able to control the temperature and the house was 76 degrees too hot for June. Anthony did turn it down some but was still too hot for us . plenty of wildlife if that's your thing, the deer come close enough to almost pet them . I will definitely stay here again it's perfect for just 2 people

An amazing relaxing and secluded spot. Great if you like fishing they also have a dock to dock your boat. best of all was Mickey his wife and Miss Lily. Wonderful people and a wonderful environment that they have provided.

Bernadette's place is a fantastic getaway - very peaceful. The place is exactly as described. I thoroughly enjoyed the use of Bernadett 's kayak and paddle board (as well as walking ans running in her neighborhood and visiting Bethel Beach). I'd love to come back another time!

Beautiful view, great space, and close to downtown Staunton (10 min). The host is very responsive and accommodating! We were sad to leave and hope to return soon for a longer stay. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend this spot! If you're looking for a chill place to relax with a friend, this is it. It feels like your own private hangout, almost like a treehouse vibe, but in a cozy cabin. Super peaceful, comfortable, and perfect for just unwinding or catching up. We had an awesome time here and would definitely come back. If you want something low-key, personal, and memorable, this is the place.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Creekside Cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all. Alicia is a terrific host. Her recommendations were spot-on. I appreciated the little touches like a snack basket.

Pan's place is possibly the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. It is nestled in a beautiful private area right by a creek that is always adding beautiful water sounds to the experience. Everything in the cabin is thoughtfully set up and comfortable, I can't recommend it enough. Pan was extremely responsive and helpful when I needed to accommodate a trailer that I was towing. Everything felt smooth and easy and allowed us to relax and enjoy the few days there right away.

The cabin is nestled in green, one can hear birds chirp all day. The cabin was as it appears in the pictures, clean and all amenities available. We enjoyed the hot tub.

This is one of our favorite ABNB stays ever. The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for what we needed for the weekend. The location is perfect--on a quiet dirt road, close to lots of great hiking trails, really the best of the Virginia mountains at your door. Lastly, our hosts were very responsive and the place is well priced. We will definitely be back.

We were looking for peace and quiet, and we certainly found it! The location is beautiful, with plenty of parks nearby to explore and fun drives (if you even want to leave!). We felt right at home. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and grill. The couch and fireplace were also very cozy. Amy and Will were so helpful and friendly. We purchased some meat from their farm for our stay- it was already in the fridge when we got there! We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back.
