Great place to stay within walking distance of downtown Scottsdale/Old Town. It's perfect for one or two couples or a small family. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Would rent again!

Jessica is a top-notch host and the place is even better than the photos! It was bigger than I expected. It was the perfect home base for visiting family and friends around the valley. I grew up here and lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years - it is still the best area in Phoenix if you ask me! 10 minutes from the airport, walking distance to great restaurants, my fav nail salon, cool nightlife - everything you could ask for! Super clean, quiet, stylish, comfy beds, comfy sofa, well-equipped kitchen, 1 covered parking and extra spots for guests. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Very restful, well set up, and comfortable stay during our trip to Phoenix. We loved how convenient it was for spending time at the pool, walking to pick up groceries, and walking along the greenway watching all the birds. Definitely recommend taking a stroll over the bridge for tacos at Okay Maguey's (so good we went 3x), checking out the Desert Botanical Gardens, and going to the Musical Instrument Museum. My favorite was lounging by the pool beside the blooming jasmine and hibiscus flowers under the clear blue sky! Anni was super friendly and helpful. Perfect little getaway spot for two :)

This is a steal of a listing. King beds in BOTH bedrooms and beds are super comfy. (I hate memory foam and these were unlike most memory foam. They were cool to sleep on with super comfy white sheets. The sectional is comfy too. (No looks-good-for-listing sofa that nobody wants to actually sit on.) AC is cold! Hosts were so quick to respond. And Cameron even volunteered to run an errand for me. I wanted a more formal desk chair to use as I was working from the unit all week and didn’t want to sit in a dining chair. I found a cheap nice used office chair on FB Mktplace nearby and Cameron went and got it and placed it right outside the apartment for me. That was so unnecessary and super helpful as it would have been hard for me to leave to go get it. Right near old town Scottsdale and convenient to really everything. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

For a first time being in Arizona this spot was perfect. I love the kitchen opened up to the living room so you can watch tv while cooking if you wanted to. The bathroom was nice. The bedroom was comfortable. Most of all loved the washer and dryer in the apartment (if you know the struggle of laundromat’s you know). The host were very attentive and i loved that they had activities you can pay to do. Overall they made my boyfriend and I experience great and would definitely book again :)

I had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s place! The house was clean, spacious, and super comfortable - perfect for relaxing after a day out. It’s in a great part of the city, just a short walk from the charm of Old Town. One of the biggest highlights was having access to a washer and dryer, which made things so convenient. Victoria was an excellent host - very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The condo was creatively and tastefully updated, very clean and felt just like a high end hotel resort suite. Great location with the mall and old time within minutes walking distance. Jaclyn was responsive and helpful in her guidance. Great spot and good value, I'd rent again without question.

We had a very pleasant stay here… the apartment was conveniently located, had a generous layout, and was extremely clean. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Tiko’s communication was excellent. Recommended!!

Alec and Hannah were super friendly and responsive! Place was great; good location and matched the photos. The only issue was one entrance's electronic lock wasn't working so had to use the other entrance (not a big deal), and the cleaners left the floors a bit dirty for our arrival. Overall, nice place and great hosts, thanks!

This is my 3rd time staying at Aaron's beautiful property when I come to Scottsdale. There is a reason why my 1st choice is this home as the communication with Aaron is always great and the home is perfectly maintained, clean and ample space for when I want to spend a night in. With the new DraftKings Sports Bar next door (walking distance), this place is even more ideal after business meetings or a round of golf at the TPC (next door as well). I highly recommend this place if you have the good fortunate to book (when available) as there isn't anything I would change - the bed is incredibly comfortable and the AC through out the home makes it very comfortable during the AZ heat. I've never had any issues with hot water (for showers or using the tub) and the area is extremely quite and you will always have a great nights rest. Thank you, Aaron and look forward to my next stay in Scottsdale.

I had a wonderful stay at Liana’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Liana was incredibly kind and responsive—check-in was super easy, and she made sure I felt welcome right away.

Great stay at Marta’s place in Scottsdale. She did a great job communicating before, during, and after. Always reaching out to see if I needed anything. Quiet setting and perfect getaway. Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure!

Ideal location near the Biltmore shopping, perfect for a quick visit to see my daughter in college!

Joe’s place offered so much value and activities to enjoy. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and spices to do so. The living room offered cozy seating and plenty of board games/playing cards. Also the tennis/pickleball court is very close to the unit, as well as the pool and hot tub. It is also walking distance to a few fun bars and restaurants. Roadrunner Lounge, RT O’Sullivan’s, and Carlsbad Tavern are worth checking out. Night Owl is a short drive and has great pizza. To sum it up, Joe was an incredible host who offers a perfect place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The rental is exactly as it is pictured in the photos. The place was clean, fully stocked with all kinds of amenities and supplies, and even had snacks & water bottles for us upon arrival! Two of our favorite parts of our stay was the patio and pool access! The air conditioning was cold and the beds were comfy! Highly recommend, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Beautiful condo in a prime location, walkable to Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons. Very quiet environment, neighbors are very nice! 10/10 will come back to this place when I come back to Scottsdale, thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay. Amazing amenities and everything brand new. Very responsive and helpful host. Walking distance to good restaurants and grocery (WholeFoods next door). Perfect location to explore everything Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer. Highly recommend it.
