Heather was a great host! she was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend her and her property to anyone looking in the Scottsdale area.

The sport is very to everything and is easy to access And something to note is how much it stands out among other nicer, albeit older and mature houses in this older Scottsdale neighborhood. It’s a gem. Sparkling clean. Huge for the footprint it sits in - new everything, well stocked with essentials and a very friendly host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay w family. The house layout was great, furniture plentiful & comfortable, as were the beds! Communication w hosts timely & responsive. Kitchen well equipped. Appliances top notch. Decor delightful. Lighting was great, although the electric panels to control everything from blinds to tv, lighting etc. took some learning. Only caveat I would add is to question the need for 2 huge tvs in living area. I would not hesitate to recommend the house to friends & family. Would recommend to friends & family

We were in town for a graduation ceremony nearby and found this place so peaceful. the community was gated and the loudest neighbor was a fellow bird that sang in the mornings. loved the pool and the open layout for our family.

The house was comfortable and plenty of space. Large tv and two large king bedrooms were very nice. Updated appliances were great. The back yard was truly an oasis. Very private with trees growing so you barely knew you were in a neighborhood.

Absolutely loved my stay in Scottsdale! George was an amazing host—super accommodating and quick to respond. He generously let us check in early and check out late, which made the trip even smoother. The place itself is very spacious, clean, and well maintained, with great privacy throughout. Plus, the location is perfect—close to all the best spots in Scottsdale. Would 100% stay here again. We had an amazing stay at Matt’s place! The location was perfect—just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and close to everything we wanted to do. Matt was a fantastic host: super friendly, and very responsive. He went above and beyond by accommodating a last-minute request to add an extra night stay at the beginning of our trip, and he even allowed us a late check-out on our last day so we had a comfortable place to hang out before heading to the airport. This flexibility made our trip so much more relaxed and enjoyable. The house itself was amazing and fit our group of 9 perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the outdoor area was a dream. It was the perfect setup for lounging during the day and unwinding in the evenings. The house was also incredibly well-stocked with everything from laundry supplies to kitchen essentials—it truly felt like a home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay and are already talking about coming back. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic place, great communication, well stocked. Perfect for a family. We had a lot of fun. It’s very quiet at night which is huge. We are coming in at the end of the vacation season in Scottsdale, and there were a couple minor things that need to be addressed, but the hosts were super helpful. Only issues we had was the beds were not great, but the hosts were very responsive about that and we saw they had several new mattresses in the garage, so it looks like that’s not an issue. Other thing was the beautiful and comfortable feather bedding. Three in my party are allergic to down/feathers and had some difficulty at nights. I didn’t see that in the listing, but I could have missed it. Alternate bedding options would be nice. Last thing, only a sheet and a comforter. Would have liked a thin blanket in between. Too hot for a comforter, too cool for just a sheet. Would be a 1/2 star deduction, but the rest was so great, I’ll round up. Thanks for a great vacation

Our stay was great! Beautiful home with close access to Scottsdale mall, old town and more. Just a warning though the house is backed up to an alley and people are back there late at night and it could be creepy

Comfortably fit 7 people during our stay. Katie was very responsive and helpful to any questions i had prior to, and during the my stay. The place was just as advertised and fit all our needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Scottsdale.

The house was absolutely beautiful, the views were gorgeous as well. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back. It is so close to everything yet secluded which was very nice. The host answered all my questions right away and was very helpful.

All future airbnbs have just had the bar set high! Highly recommended. Beautiful place in a great neighborhood. Located within minutes of everything you could want to do. Enjoyed all the amenities The Chadwick had to offer, there was never a dull moment. It was the perfect spot.

The location couldn’t be better. Nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood, it’s just minutes from Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter — tons of great shopping, dining, and nightlife right at your fingertips. We loved how easy it was to get around while still feeling like we had a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day. The bed was super comfortable, the space was spotless, and the hosts had everything covered — from local recommendations to little amenities that made a big difference. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend the Octopus Garden for anyone visiting Scottsdale. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town!

Gina’s place was lovely! Exactly as described - a welcoming, warm space that caters itself to hangouts with a large group to relax and have fun! All amenities were provided and everything from check in to check out was super smooth. Our group loved the pool and the set up of the backyard! Gina was super responsive and accommodated our requests. Will be recommending this to friends and family!

Great Airbnb for a group trip. Tons of beds/bedrooms. 3 full bathrooms that were very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals in. Having a washer and dryer was great. The backyard was the star of the house. Beautiful pool, tons of yard games, comedy lounge chairs/beds, a huge putting green, a full sand volleyball court, mini soccer field, giant hot tub, beautiful outdoor gas fire place. The backyard made this home hard to leave.

Great stay at this house! The outdoor space was magnificent and perfect for the group. We enjoyed morning chill sessions, afternoon pool time, and evening hangouts in the game room (garage). The house had everything we needed. Host was responsive and friendly. Thank you.

We loved this rental. I had my bachelorette with 7 girls total and it was perfect for us. Beautiful black and white interior. We brought a bunch of pink items to make the house more Bach friendly. We had a few minor issues, but Kyle was responsive and helpful. We loved this place. we followed rules but also didn't have to worry about neighbors as one house was on sale and the back of the house is an alley. So we were able to be Girls! Great stay! beautiful home!

This is our second time staying at Carolina’s home and we absolutely loved it the second time around just as we did the first. Very clean home in a great neighborhood with many of restaurants and shopping near by. The back yard and pool is an absolute blast! We will absolutely be coming again.

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

Everything about this house was immaculate. Would love to return!
