amazing place to stay and would like to stay whenever possible.

What can I say about this place?? It is AMAZINGLY worth the stay. Diana is a sheer delight and goes above and beyond what would be expected of a host. She is fun and chatty and she loves just hosting and and meeting new people and sharing experiences. We went here for a staycation away from the kiddos for our anniversary and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, the tortoises and the outdoor pizza maker. If you need it, its there and far more than I would expect. We will 1000 percent be back and refer all family and friends here from now on.

The grounds are beautiful and we had a great time relaxing by the pool! It was a quiet comfortable space and we will be back!

The Airbnb looks just like the photos, the backyard is quiet as in there is no heavy traffic, or neighborhood noise, and the hosts were extremely responsive and proactively sent automated messages with friendly reminders about check in, information during our stay, and check out reminders. Drawers were labeled which made finding what we were looking for super easy, and the bedrooms were very cute! Our favorite part of the stay was the back yard. The fountains in the pool made the backyard feel peaceful and inviting, we spent majority of our time there!

Kurt was a great host. Next time I’m in Scottsdale I plan to book this same home. Half hour from the airport, close to all the grocery stores, and a 5 minute drive from old town

Our expectations were exceeded. Hemant's place was comfortable, very clean, and in a great area. He made every effort to communicate, and make sure our stay was very inviting. We won't hesitate to stay again in the future!

I was in the casita for about 9 months and I feel like home. Heather was a great host during my stay. The closest gym is located about one mile away which it was amazing. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. In addition, you have access to the principal road while leaving in a private area. Finally, the neighbors were very nice with me.

When we pulled up to the Airbnb, the main house was a little off-putting -- lots of clutter and mess everywhere. But when we went through the gate and back to the rental, everything was great. It's a small place, but great for the two of us and our dog. The private backyard was lovely for hanging out and soaking up the sun. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the frig had a shelf full of bottled water waiting for us. We were visiting family nearby, but really anything you want to do in Phoenix is easy to reach. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would recommend this rental for one or two people, and really appreciate that it was pet friendly.

Arceley’s Airbnb was very clean, comfortable & in a great location. This was our 2nd stay here & we’ll definitely be back.

Phil and Peggy’s place was perfect for my needs. It’s small but it had everything I needed. It was easy to unload/load my car from my parking spot on the driveway and there was perfect amount of floor space for my pooch and her bed.

This was a great stay! Angel’s place was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds, a big smart TV in the living room and also in the bedrooms. There’s also a lot of attention to detail in areas like the bathroom (Q-tips, floss, etc). He also had a welcome sign with my name 😃. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Becky was great. I did an extended stay -three weeks at her home. It’s everything as pictured -immaculate ,very clean big enough for my family and I to enjoy, have melas and watch playoff games! My family and I had a great time- we enjoyed the pool. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Lots of stuff to do literally blocks away! Becky was great- checking in to see if I needed anything or if I needed any recommendations for food or shopping. I really enjoyed my stay. Beds were comfy , TVs in every room, which I do appreciate ,a lot of Airbnb’s don’t have TVs in their room and if you’re anything like me, you need that TV to get some sleep. There is a designated area set up so you can work. I did work from home while I was there, the Wi-Fi was fast ,exactly what I needed. Thank you Becky for everything!

Pretty neat house with the pool. The price point was really good for the place. We would really like to come back next time we are in phx/Gilbert area!

Great place to stay close lots of restaurants and bars in Scottsdale. Can walk or take an Uber/Lyft for as cheap as $5 locally. House was clean, easily accommodating 13 guests for our stay. Plenty of outside activities to keep busy (pool, putting green, basketball hoop). The grill was also in good condition which we took advantage of. A nice surprise after staying at many places where the grill was unusable or did not have propane. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great Airbnb! One of our favorites for sure. It had everything you could ask for including private parking and a fully stocked kitchen. There was even a washer and dryer. The space is very clean and functional. It has updated and thoughtful decor with very comfortable beds. Plus, checking in and out was a breeze. It's a perfect spot for either a short getaway or a long-term stay. It was home away from home. We're glad we found it!

We have been staying at Karlas place every time we come to Scottsdale for business travel over the past 3 years. This place is top notch and superior to most other places we have stayed. she is truly a super host!

Had a lovely stay in Faye’s quiet, peaceful, and clean guesthouse. Great location not far from the Echo Canyon trailhead.

We only had a quick 1 night stay but Darren and his wife were lovely, the space was clean, quiet and the bed super comfy! The pool was amazing. The dogs were absolutely adorable and super friendly! I would absolutely stay again if we’re ever in the area. Thank you so much!

Where do I start? This place is AMAZING and so is Deb!! It’s located in a very clean, quiet cul-de-sac and has everything one needs. The pool is what we stayed there for and we were not disappointed. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds…oh the beds! They are so comfortable, we had a hard time getting out of them to make our way to the pool! Not enough can be said about Deb. Within just a few hours of booking, she was able to accommodate us perfectly and we moved right in. She takes great care of her place and her guests…it’s obvious she wants her guests to have a great stay and she delivers! Having a host like her makes you want to come back again and again and again! Deb, we can’t thank you enough for your hospitality and kindness. (You saved our vacation!) Thanks for sharing your house with us and we’ll see you next year!
