The center of Scuol, the valley station of the mountain railways and the train station are approx. 10 minutes' walk. Public, free parking about 800 m away or paid parking (CHF 20 per week) just steps away from the house. Ground floor: In the living room, renovated and newly furnished in 2014, with a beautiful veranda with access to the spacious garden seating area with ping pong table and fire ring (barbecue area). This brings an atmospheric campfire ambience with a blazing flame and is ideally suited for cooking your grilled food. Beautiful - newly built in 2018 - kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and cozy sitting area. Separate toilet/sink. Upper floor: In the bedroom newly furnished in 2015 (1 x double room with TV + 1 triple room with exit to the south balcony). Two bathrooms completely renovated in 2016: - 1 x with toilet, double sink and shower cubicle with rain shower - 1 x with toilet, double sink, shower cubicle and bathtub with whirlpool system Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .
