A great place to stay in. Nice view, the place is close to everything and it's exactly look like the pictures. Abdullah is a great host, very friendly and respectful. For sure I will return back soon. :)

Merci Asli pour ce beau séjour au cœur d’Istanbul. Le logement est bien situé, proche de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et transports en commun pour visiter la ville. La chambre est au calme et la literie confortable.

A very nice stay in a spacious, newly renovated and clean apartment, right near the boğa heykeli, the heart of Kadiköys streets, Yeldeğirmeni and Moda seaside. A very friendly, responsive and helpful host. Don't wait on this one!

Fab host, kept in touch with me from when I booked to when I arrived Checkin was easy and no fussing around or waiting Easily located and within touching distance of Taksim square Absolutely 100% recommend If you want to do transport to the airport and from you can arrange this with no issues through the host so definitely worth asking before All in all a fab host and will be recommending this place if I know anyone is coming to the area in the future So glad the apartment had a lift as I always travel heavy and it was just what I needed 24 hour reception and even we came back at odd times no issues getting in and out Thank you so much for your hospitality and always being friendly (all staff) I hope to try and return soon

Bali konseptli bu Sapanca villasında 1 gece konakladık ve her şey gerçekten harikaydı. Evin tasarımı çok özenli ve estetikti. Konfor açısından da beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. İhtiyacımız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüş ve eksiksizdi. Temizlik, dekorasyon, huzur… Hepsi bir aradaydı. Dinlenmek ve farklı bir atmosfer yaşamak isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz

It is our second time staying at her place and this time, we even enjoyed the use of the fireplace! There were also clean towels and even linens for my kids who preferred to sleep on the convertible couches. The kitchen is also fully functional and has enough materials to use for cooking. We were also able to do barbecue for a couple of our meals.

Evin değişik ama güzel bir havası var. Bahçenin olması yaz günlerinde bence çok güzel en azından akşamları eve tıkılıp kalmıyorsunuz. özellikle şehir merkezinde bahçeli ev bulmak neredeyse imkansız burası çok güzel düşünülmüş. Evin temizliği oldukça yeterliydi. Ev sahibinin iletişimi de oldukça güzel şifreli giriş olması yine harika çünkü ev sahibi anahtarı ne zaman getirecek diye beklemiyorsunuz mesela ben sabah beşte giriş yapabildim.

Gönül rahatlığı ile ailece gidebilirsiniz.Tuğba hanım çok ilgili ve kibar.Tertemiz ve huzur dolu bir tatil geçirdik.Havuz sıcaklığı süperdi.&Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

A great house, well located to main tourist areas of Istanbul, lots of great restaurants within walking distance too and local shops on your door step. Lovely private garden and spacious bedrooms. Stairs are not advised for small children or the elderly, but the ground floor has a bedroom, bathroom and main living areas and out to the garden which worked well. Host is very responsive and organised airport transfers and gave details of shops etc. a lovely stay in a great city.

I had a great time at Zelda's place. She is an attentive and friendly host, and her home looks exactly like the photos. The room is cozy, comfortable, and quiet, and the entire flat feels very homey. The location is perfect: close to several cafés, restaurants, and tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Istanbul! 😊

Hasan was very warm and welcoming throughout. I could easily message him any time of the day and he would help out immediately. Once at midnight, I had accidentally dropped my keys between the elevator shaft and Hasan was immediately ready to come to the rescue. Very helpful, responsive. Would highly recommend staying here especially when here for work or longer durations

Manzara fotoğraflardan gözüken daha da güzel. Heryere yürürmeye mesafesinde. Evde ev aleti olarak herşey vardı. Tek problem sigara içmek için bina değil bahçeninde dışına çıkılması lazım.

Öncelikle çok yardımcı olmaları ve temizliği harikaydı. 1 gün konaklama sonrası gerçekten memnun kalarak ayrıldım. Her şey için teşekkür ederim.
