Hersey cok güzeldi, Atakan bey ulasilabilir, kibar ve yardimci bir insan. Evin kendisi güzel, bahcesi de harika. ihlamurlar altinda oturmak cok güzeldi.

Eve gerçekten bayıldık, çok güzel dizayn edilmiş ve her şey düşünülmüş. Olanaklar gayet yeterliydi havuzun ısıtması olması da güzeldi. Ahmet bey ve eşi her konuda yardımcı oldular, istediğimizde onlara ulaşabildik. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum herkese tavsiye ederim!

4 günlük bayram tatilimiz için kiraladık ve çok memnun kaldık. ev fotoğraftaki gibiydi evin içi, Havuz ve sa her şey çok temizdi.mutfakta olması gereken her şey mevcuttu. ayırıten Zafer beye çok teşekkür ederiz bayram olduğunu rağmen ilk geldiğimz gün gelip bizi tren istasyonundan alıp eve bıraktılar ve aynı şekil son gün bizi tren istasyonuna kadar götürdüler ve ayrica evde olduğumuz günlerde her aramamızda gelip bize her konuda yardımcı oldular harika bir tatil geçirdik ve tekrar gelmeye düşünürüz. herkese tavsiye ederim.

Hayatımda yaptığım en keyifli konaklamalardan biriydi! Burası doğayla iç içe, huzur dolu bir villa. Geniş bir arazinin içinde yer alıyor ve insan kendini adeta küçük bir tatil köyünde gibi hissediyor. Villanın her köşesi özenle düşünülmüş ve dekorasyonu oldukça otantik. Özellikle havuz alanı harika! Gün boyu güneş alıyor ve çevresinde büyük bir çim alana sahip. Sessizlik ve sakinlik arayanlar için birebir. Şehirden uzaklaşıp kafanızı dinlemek, dinlenmek ve doğayla bağ kurmak istiyorsanız kesinlikle doğru yerdesiniz. Aynı zamanda tüm olanaklar düşünülmüş — mutfak tam donanımlı, yataklar çok rahat, her şey tertemizdi. Geceleri gökyüzünde yıldızları izlemek bile başlı başına bir deneyim! Ev sahibi Arek de son derece ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt verdi ve konaklamamızın kusursuz geçmesi için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Villaya yakın bir konumda ailesiyle yaşayan Volkan olabildiğince yardımcı oldu. Böyle bir yerde kalmak gerçekten ayrıcalıktı. Muhteşem bir ev.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

First, the host Efkan was terrific. Waiting for us at the front door, he carried our two suitcases up to the 5th floor apartment, saving two old travellers from the struggle of doing it ourselves! Efkan responded to all our texts almost immediately, and was a great host The flat is well equiped (although no oven),and has a fantastic terrace overlooking the Bosphorous, where my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. A joy. It is very central (beside the Galata Tower), so good for seeing all the important attractions, either on foot, public transport or taxi. Being in the center of town means there are street noises at night, like car horns, or people on a night out...nothing unusual, but part of city life.

This was a great place in a great location. The neighborhood lost power and water for a couple of days, and O delivered us enough water to get through it. I'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment. Can’t beat the location! Murat was super friendly, met us downstairs and made sure everything was ok before leaving. Couldn’t recommend it enough. The street gets busy during the day as it leads straight to Galata Tower but from the bedroom you don’t hear any noise and can sleep peacefully. 10/10

4 Tage in einer Mädelsgruppe in diesem wundervollen Maisonette Appartement verbracht. Mit der Unterkunft steht und fällt ein Urlaub und mit der Wahl dieser Unterkunft hätten wir es wirklich nicht besser treffen können. Hervorragende Ausstattung mit gemütlichen eingerichteten Zimmern und toller Terrasse mit einem unglaublichem Blick auf den Bosphorus, wo es sich lange bei einem Glas Wein aushalten lässt. Bei etwas kühlerem Wetter kann man auch im Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich sitzen und mit der direkt anliegenden und voll ausgestatteten Küche seinen Kochkünsten freien Lauf lassen. Absolut 5 Sterne verdient und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen Daumen hoch und vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Istanbul

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

Lovely district with many good bars and restaurants. Very clean flat with comfortable bed and sofa in the living room. Great view from the roof terrace. A fantastic option in Cihangir district.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Meine Verlobte und ich sind sehr glücklich und zufrieden, es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Omer ist ein sehr freundlicher und offener Mensch super nett und immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und gemütlich😍
