House holiday rentals in Seagrove Beach

Mia’ Beach House was stunning! Our week in Watercolor was peaceful and magical. The home was pristine and the amenities were more than listed. We had 5 adults, a toddler and an infant and we had MORE than enough space. We loved the screened in porch out front and used it everyday. The golf cart was a huge benefit and we went everywhere in it. We used the car only two times during the week. Our host, Joseph, was so helpful and responsive. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and hope to come back in the years to come!!

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

We truly loved every minute of our stay. This was our first real vacation with our toddler, and having thoughtful accommodations already in place for her made a world of difference. The house is beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the pool once we got back from the beach. Such a peaceful, family-friendly stay — we’d absolutely come back.

The house was the perfect place to host our group of friends. There was plenty of sleeping space as well as tons of open areas in the house for all of us to gather and hang out. The house was very nice, clean, and well accommodated. We were glad the host aforementioned the possibility of a neighbor chanting/yelling out behind the property as this did occur a few times. She seemed harmless, but glad we had a warning regardless! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the amazing memories!

Aimee’s home has 5 stars for a good reason! From the minute we started to plan the trip to the time we left Aimee was extremely helpful! The home was so clean and in a quiet area. My kids loved swimming in the pool in the morning. If there were any questions or issues Aimee was so responsive and quick to help in whatever way she could. We loved how close it was to the beach. We were able to ride bikes to almost everywhere. The beach bungalow is in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location, right in between all the places (rosemary beach to the east, seaside and grayton to the west)we wanted to go. The location is not busy, but yet close to beach and turbo coffee . But the house is much more than we thought. Photos actually don't do it justice. very impressed with the home. easily sleeps 6 to 8 comfortably. the wrap around porch was a plus. Host was great too. thank you, definitely coming back!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Ali and Tommy's cottage. The pool is just steps away from the front door and the kids loved jumping in after a long day at beach. The beach is close, with tow access points. The one to the west does not have a ramp, so we had to walk a little farther to get to the other access point. Ali and Tommy were very responsive and flexible. We enjoyed having the EV charger at the house. Overall, we had a great time and would go back.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at HCTS! We had a 10 person party and this home accommodated us very comfortably-very spacious. This home is very clean and comfortable, with lovely decor, and had everything to accommodate our needs. Kids loved the bunk room/garage room and we all enjoyed the pool/hot tub and many balconies. Beach access is very close and home is located in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood close to so many things-spent time in seaside(4miles away). Kyle was amazing(best host we have ever had)!He went above and beyond from the time of booking and throughout our entire stay. He was always kind, very helpful, informative and responsive. So many memories were made here. Highly recommend without hesitation. We will be back!

Wonderful home with every amenity we could need. Our three-year-old loving taking golf cart rides, and it was easy getting to the beach and to 30A. Home was very spacious as we never felt crammed or on top of each other. Will definitely come back and highly recommend Ali and team!

Great stay with my family and had a pack and play for our baby to sleep in.

We really enjoyed our stay! My husband, two toddlers, and I had a great vacation. Amenities were perfect for two kids. The location is walkable and a short drive to all of the beaches/attractions in 30A. Hosts were very responsive upon arrival. Loved it!

We loved the downstairs layout especially. Beautifully decorated and plenty of parking. We had everything we needed. And it was so nice to have an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the private pool to come back to!

Amazing location only a few minute walk to a perfect beach location and Seaside. The house had a great layout and is exactly what we needed for the week. Todd was fantastic to communicate with from early on and through the stay.

The location is perfect because you’re a few blocks from the beach so it’s very quiet, but with the golf cart and bikes you have fun and easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, Seaside, and everything. The layout is great for a family with master upstairs and kids bedrooms downstairs. Beautiful decor, everything spotless. It was perfect.

We absolutely loved staying here with our family or 6. It was perfectly located walking distance to the private Kaiya beach. Perfect to rent bikes or golf cart to explore surrounding area like Peddlers. The house was just perfect. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms each had a smart tv, the bathrooms were large, lots of closet space, plenty of towels, and the laundry machines were great. The kitchen had just about everything you need- coffee,olive oil, all the utensils you need, cups, plates. They didn’t have any sugar or creamer or maybe we didn’t find it but Publix is close by we got our snacks and necessities from there. All in all our stay was perfect!! We would love to come back in the near future!

– Perfect Beach Getaway! We had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy sunrise and afternoons by the water. The place itself was super clean and clearly well taken care of, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing, beachside escape. Would definitely stay here again!

There was an issue with the plumbing that was quickly taken care of and their team made everything great for us to get quickly back to our vacation activities! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a 5 day stay at Herron House and it could not have been more wonderful. The house is charming, cozy, pristine and well laid out. Ann has done a great job with communications and was very responsive to answering questions and addressing a few minor things that came up. The house setting is quiet and peaceful and well appointed. Make sure you sit out on the dock for morning coffee or late afternoon beverages. Oh, and try out the paddle boards and hit the beach, which is about a 10-12 minute walk on quiet streets with lovely homes to see. The beaches??? Spectacular, very wide and wonderful sand. Restaurants are close by and having the golf cart to use makes that easy to manage. We will go back to Seaside...a great experience! Thanks Ann!

Great place for a family beach visit. Walkable public beach access and plenty of beach chairs and toys offered free to use! Debbie was very helpful and responsive!

This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples (6 adults) and 3 toddlers. The neighborhood is nice, but this house is backed up to the woods which added a lot of privacy. The golf cart was a must! We used it to get the the Blue Mountain Beach access each day, to restaurants and coffee shops. It was also just fun to ride around 30A. The neighborhood pool is very close to the home, which made things easy. The pool was quite crowded during our stay, but I suppose that is to be expected this time of year. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the appliances we could’ve needed. Shawna was extremely helpful and responsive for all of my questions. We would stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Christina was a wonderful host! Her home was centrally located, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect beach getaway. It made for an ideal birthday trip! Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and you can tell she puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay near the beach.
