We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Unwind and recharge in this nostalgic surfer pad, complete with a king-sized bed and smart TV. The living area is equipped with a gas fireplace and a couch that doubles as a futon for additional sleeping space. The kitchenette has all the essentials for dining, including dishware, silverware, and coffee-making supplies. Outside, enjoy a private yard perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying your morning coffee, or dining alfresco in this spacious area. Pets are welcome to stay in this room.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. My second floor, pet-friendly studio is located in a small (15-unit) property at the quiet, north end of Seaside's famous Promenade, 'the Prom'. A short 15-min stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants! There's a peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.

Oceanfront S. Prom Upper Level Cottage

You can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and deck in our cozy oceanfront upper cottage. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage on the top floor of our duplex. Our cottage is ocean front and on the quieter south end of the prom in Seaside. Restaurants, shopping and golf within short 1 - 2 block walking distance.
