This two story, one bedroom unit is complete with a comfortable king size bed and full size pull-out bed in the open living space. Bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and coffee maker included). Cottage is connected to WiFi and features a smart TV with Netflix and Xfinity X1 cable. Unit is heated with electric hydronic concrete floors. Our home is located on the property and shares an outside space along with our St. Bernard, Churchill. We are always available to help our guests with anything they may need. If privacy is what you are looking for we know how to make ourselves scarce. This quiet residential area of northwest Seattle is 15 minutes' walk from the lively streets of downtown Ballard. Test the Seattle lifestyle with a bike ride to Sunset Hill Park and check out amazing views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains. Only 1 block from local Metro transit, the #40 which takes you to Fremont, South Lake Union, Downtown southbound and Greenwood and Northgate northbound. 10 blocks to the express Metro bus headed downtown, the D line.

Mama Moon Treehouse

This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail.
