Holiday rentals with a patio in Seaview

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Sarah and Mark are absolutely amazing hosts, I was welcomed into a beautiful annexe with a hamper of goodies. Sarah was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help me and my wife, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend break - it’s an absolute treasure and beautiful property. Just wanted to say WOW So cosy, spacious and felt right at home! For me the perfect touch was the games and milk in the fridge ready for a cup of tea after travelling! Loved staying here! Would definitely come back!

Meadow flat is a lovely base for exploring the Isle of Wight. The flat is situated in the lovely little town of Shanklin and is easy to reach by car. Leon and Jac are quick to respond to any queries and Jac was a great help with the ferry reservations. The flat is comfortable and equip with everything you could need. We would stay again!

Micasa was perfect for our long weekend trip to Ventnor for me, my husband and our 1 year old! We really loved our stay, it was a very relaxing, comfy space (the big sofa was great!) and so many thoughtful touches throughout. Our little one was so happy and comfortable being here, she settled in so quickly too. And it was also a great location to explore the area. Thank you Sonia and Marcus for being so accommodating and flexible, and for all the extras we enjoyed and bits for our little one (the highchair with the tray was so helpful!). We hope to return again soon 😊

The place itself was very easy to find and access. It was clean inside and out, and had everything we needed. The resort has lots of amenities and you are also within walking/driving distance of many more. We found it perfectly positioned to explore the whole island. Checkout was just as simple as checking in. We only booked 1 night because we wanted to see if our Labrador would settle outside of his crate in a strange place, so the only downside to the stay was that we didn't book to stay longer. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Mary is a first class host. She is friendly and efficient with her communication. Her house is beautiful and ideal for a break for two. The house is spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and very homely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is extremely quiet - we could even hear the owls hooting at night! It has a lovely sunny garden and dedicated parking. Highly recommended.

We had such a lovely time at The Gables. It was a beautiful space and perfect for the whole family, we will definitely book again!

A Perfect Countryside Retreat on the Isle of Wight Our recent stay at Kern Cottage in the heart of the Isle of Wight's countryside was absolutely delightful, and we couldn't recommend it more highly. It offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The peace and quiet were exactly what we were looking for, and we enjoyed several walks right from the doorstep. The property itself was spotlessly clean. The cottage is well- appointed with a fully equipped kitchen including a small dishwasher and a washing machine. We particularly appreciated the cosy log-burner for chilly evenings and the thoughtful welcome hamper. It truly felt like a home away from home, with high-quality finishes and everything we could possibly need at our fingertips. A highlight was watching the red squirrels from the window and bottle feeding one of the orphan lambs. Thank you Georgina!

We had the most lovely stay! We felt right at home, it was beautiful and comfortable and we were in complete awe the moment we walked in. The amenities were perfect. Cannot fault anything! Kate was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back to stay again.

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

A truely beautiful location. A river at the end of the beautifully tended large garden with various chairs/garden sofa to sit on and enjoy the birdsong. Freddie the Pheasant came to say good morning as did numerous birds and squirrels. very modern home, very stylish decor. drawer full of leaflets for local sightseeing options We'll definitely stay again.

Sonya is incredibly responsive with communication and flexible with our check in times. Her flat is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. It’s to a great standard. The immediate surroundings of the flat are a little questionable but in prime location to parks, restaurants, and the beach. It can feel hot inside the flat on summer days but the large floor to ceiling French doors onto the terrace and provided fan at the property offer sufficient cooling. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again. Sonya and her property have been great to our family (2 adults, 2 teens) while we are on our holidays!

This is a wonderfully, fabulous gem of a place! Very rarely do I give full-5-star reviews, across every category, but this AirBnB scored 5 stars all the way! It's a wonderfully quiet, very beautiful location, surrounded by exotic and lush vegetation. It is spotlessly clean, excellent facilities -all you need for showers etc and lots of lovey teas, coffees and basics for breakfast, with wonderful cooking facilities, if one was so inclined! There are lovely shampoos, lotions etc, in the bathroom, games to play, excellent local amenity directories, that Vikki has collated, - and lovely views of the Sea. What a joy. Thank you. Pippa

Rose's place is beautifully clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and very much appreciated the thoughtful note that had been left, along with the generous provision of breakfast and hot drink items. We had two great meals out, one at The Ship and one at The George. It was so easy to get into the forest for walks. A great stay and we would thoroughly recommend!

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

A spotless very cute place. Thoughtful decor and very well appointed. Only improvement would be the supply of a little mop as it rained and it was difficult to keep the lovely stairs clean. It was impossible to abound a little water in the entrance. Other than that tiny little thing we loved it. I will book again when I plan my next trip. I found it perfect for my fishing trip as it is central to whole of the massive harbour system. Emsworth is lovely with lots of pubs restaurants and shops. Fiona was excellent.
