This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for the production of flour and animal feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building.Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².
