Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

The holiday apartment Seebruck is located in Seebruck and impresses guests with its proximity to Lake Chiemsee as well as its quiet and idyllic surroundings. The beautiful studio apartment is situated on the 3rd floor (accessible by lift) and consists of a living/bedroom with a kitchenette, a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, board games, and satellite TV.
